Admission Procedures
For all grade levels, a personal tour of the campus is encouraged. After paperwork and payment is submitted, all students are required to complete placement testing at Incarnation before admission is complete.
Admission Requirements Prior to Testing & Interview:
Required Within 1 Week of Acceptance:
Submitting application and fee prior to testing holds a space in the grade for your student.
Specific admissions test information will not be shared prior to testing. Results are only used internally and will not be shared after the test. Families are only notified of an acceptance or decline, not specific testing results or rationale.
Once admitted, the registration fee must be paid within 1 week or the space will be forfeited without refund of testing fee.
Required documents can be mailed, scanned, or submitted directly to the front office.
Applications are reviewed on a first-come first-served basis after current families reregister in early February.
Families are typically notified of acceptance or other status within 3-5 school days of testing.
Both the testing/application and registration fee are non-refundable for any reason, including relocation status.
Incarnation Catholic School has an open admission policy which no person on the grounds of race, color or national origin is discriminated against, nor does this school hire or assign staff on the basis of race, color or national origin.
